Short version: we collect what a showing needs, we do not sell anything to anyone, and there are no third-party trackers on this site.

What we collect

Card details are handled entirely by our payment processor. They never reach our server and we never see or store a card number.

What we do not collect

• No third-party analytics, ad pixels, or cross-site identifiers. One first-party cookie holds a random id so the booking steps remember each other.
• No raw IP address. It is hashed one way with a salt and only used to spot abuse.
• No keystrokes, no field contents, no session recording. Our click tracking records that a button was tapped, never what was typed into a box.
• Nothing about race, color, religion, sex, national origin, familial status, disability, immigration status, age, language, or medical history. We do not ask, so there is nothing to store.

How long we keep it

Raw visit and click events are deleted after 90 days. Leads, bookings, decisions, reason codes, and message logs are kept longer: they are the audit trail that lets us show every applicant was treated the same way, which is a fair-housing obligation rather than a preference.

Text messages

Texts only go out if you tick the box, and we store when you ticked it as the consent record. Reply STOP to any message to end them, or HELP for contact details. Opting out of texts never affects your showing or your application — we will call or email instead.
